  • Online Appointment Booking for Passport Renewal and Embassy or Consulate Documents: We provide support for booking appointments and printing the required documentation.

Special Protection: Recognized to Safeguard the Fundamental Rights of Minor Children

An Albanian citizen filed an appeal with the Civil Division for Personal Rights and Immigration at the Ordinary Court of Rome, opposing the Viterbo Provincial Police Chief's rejection of her application for a residence permit on special protection grounds. This was based on Article 19 of Legislative Decree 286/98 and Article 32.3 of Legislative Decree 25/08.

Inapplicability of Expulsion Order Due to Special Protection Status

The petitioner filed an appeal before the Justice of the Peace in Pisa, opposing an expulsion order. The illegitimacy of this order was contested based on the Immigration Act, constitutional principles such as the right to health, solidarity, and social assistance, as well as European directives and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
